Terms of use

These terms apply to the Android apps POS for Store Mini and Store Owner. The app owner is Igor. Contact: +372 551 7209.

Purpose

POS for Store Mini helps calculate the current purchase, save completed sales, send them to a selected Google spreadsheet and print receipts on compatible equipment. Store Owner displays reports from that spreadsheet. When configured, the POS sends sales text to a compatible Hikvision recorder.

These apps do not charge bank cards. The shop owner checks prices, business details, tax rates and the accounting and receipt requirements that apply to their shop.

Account and spreadsheet

Connect only Google accounts and spreadsheets you are authorized to use. The spreadsheet owner manages access for checkouts and other users through Google. Do not make a spreadsheet of real sales public to everyone online unless that access is needed.

Connection requires working Google Play services, internet access and permission to use the selected spreadsheet. Google's own terms also apply to its services.

Completing purchases and reports

A purchase becomes a saved sale after tapping Complete sale. Receipt printing is a separate action. The user checks the items and total before completing the sale.

Without internet, the POS keeps the queue on the device. The owner's report includes only uploaded purchases; if a refresh fails, it may show a saved copy with its date. Android, network and Google restrictions can delay synchronization.

The app's worksheets use fixed row numbers for safe upload retries. Do not insert, delete or sort rows in those worksheets while checkouts are running. Use a separate sheet or copy for manual analysis.

Equipment and data preservation

Before daily use, check printer and recorder compatibility, sales uploads and connection recovery on your devices. Maintain access to the Google account and restrict unauthorized access to checkouts and the owner's tablet.

Clearing app data or uninstalling the app deletes its local history and unsent purchases. It does not delete an existing Google spreadsheet. More information on storage and deletion is in the privacy policy.

Updates to the apps and these terms may clarify functions and compatibility requirements. Significant changes to data handling are reflected in the privacy policy and app notices.

The names Google and Hikvision identify compatible third-party services and equipment. Store POS is an independent app.
