The cashier completes the purchase on the POS. The owner opens a report by shop and date on their tablet. A shared Google spreadsheet connects the two apps.

POS for Store Mini

Products, quantity, price and the current purchase total. The Complete sale button saves the purchase on the device and adds it to the upload queue.

A compatible POS can print a receipt. When the connection is configured, the app sends sales text to a compatible Hikvision recorder.

Store Owner

Choose a shop and date, then tap Show report. The list shows purchase times, amounts, products and quantities.

All shops can use one spreadsheet. Each shop has its own number; the report can show one shop or all shops together.

One purchase, one clear path

  1. 01 · Complete the saleThe purchase is saved on the POS. Without internet, it stays in the queue.
  2. 02 · Upload to the spreadsheetWhen a connection is available, the POS writes the purchase to the selected Google spreadsheet.
  3. 03 · Open the reportStore Owner loads the uploaded purchases and shows the daily total.

Connecting Google

The user chooses the Google account and spreadsheet. The POS can also create a new spreadsheet. Devices working together use the same spreadsheet, and their accounts need access to it.

The apps request the drive.file permission, giving access to files the user selects or creates through the app. The Google password is entered in Google's interface and is not shared with Store POS.

Sales are stored on the devices and in the user's Google spreadsheet. Details on data, retention and disconnecting access are in the privacy policy.

Three interface languages

Choose Estonian, Russian or English from each app's menu. Receipts print in Estonian. Product names use Latin characters, including the Estonian letters õ, ä, ö and ü.

Refreshing the report shows purchases already uploaded. Without a connection, the owner's app may show a saved copy with its last update time.
